Additionally, an anti-corrosion layer is strategically placed inside the fire-retardant layer, enhancing the cable's overall corrosion resistance and significantly boosting its ability to withstand corrosive environments. On the outer side of the fire-retardant layer, a tightly adhered nano-oxidation-resistant layer—crafted from nano-sized aluminum hydroxide—is applied, effectively enveloping the surface of the fire-retardant layer. This unique design not only improves the cable's overall antioxidant properties but also substantially extends its service life. Furthermore, heat dissipation is optimized through the integration of Heat Dissipation Holes 1 and 2, which facilitate rapid removal of heat generated on the core wires' surfaces. To ensure mechanical integrity, the cable is reinforced with a tensile-resistant cord, tear-resistant threads, and an inner cushioning layer. Finally, a U-shaped spring clip is positioned externally to this inner cushioning layer, providing additional protection that prevents the core wires from being compressed or torn under stress.
